Our Responsibilities
Our studio strives to provide quality music lessons by integrating a variety of teaching methods, activities, and technology. We will provide students with the necessary tools and skills to help them discover their unique talents and express emotion and feeling through music. Our studio has a positive and enthusiastic environment and we will tailor the curriculum to enhance student’s needs and abilities. It is our goal to help each student feel the joy of learning music and foster a connection that will have a lasting and positive impact. We commit to punctuality, and to come to every lesson with prepared materials. We commit to continually improve our own music studies and will share our joy and learning. We commit to encourage students to succeed within realistic expectations and personal goals.
Parent Participation
A student’s success in music studies depends on the involvement of the parent. Because our time with your child during lessons is limited, we rely heavily on the parent to assist his/her child with practicing beyond class time. Please join the last 5 minutes of your child’s lesson at least once a month so that we can connect on needs and progress of your child. Your attendance to lessons (especially under the age of 12) is highly encouraged.
Tuition
Your monthly tuition secures a reserved time slot for each applicable day in a, ensuring a dedicated and personalized learning experience for every student. This reserved time is exclusively set aside for your lessons, allowing for continuity and progression in your musical journey.
By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for paying for each reserved time slot, regardless of attendance. This policy helps us maintain a structured schedule, support our dedicated teaching staff, and ensure the availability of resources for all our students.
BILLING
Tuition is billed monthly. Please refer to monthly invoices, or login to your online portal for exact totals. Payment is accepted via Credit Card, and can be managed on the online portal.
LATE FEES
Payment for lessons is due seven (7) days after the invoice is sent, and after which is considered late.
An automatic $10 late fee will be added to late payments.
We understand that each customer’s situation is unique, and we genuinely care about your satisfaction. Our Tuition policies are designed to be transparent and accommodating, recognizing that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us for any unique circumstances regarding payment or payment methods.
Refunds & Credits
Students who miss their lessons do not receive a tuition refund or credit. If the instructor cancels the lesson, the lesson will be made up at a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation & Makeups
If students are unavailable to attend one of their lessons, the studio will grant one make-up lesson per semester. If your child is unable to attend more than one lesson due to unique circumstances, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate a different time. There will be no tuition reduction for missed lessons.
Should a conflict arise with a scheduled lesson time, the following options are available:
